Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS!! If you book and pay for any event there is NO REFUND for any reason! If you choose to cancel your event, you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND! You are responsible for the promotion of your event. If you wish to do a door split, please email us at southerncitylounge@gmail.com. All booking fees must be settled before the event! Any group misrepresenting their event as something other than what is selected at booking will result in having the event canceled. Outside alcohol is not permitted inside the building at ANY time, anyone caught bringing in alcohol will be removed from the premises immediately. Underage drinking is NOT permitted and will result in cancelation of the event. NO SMOKING inside of the building! Any patrons under the age of 21 must vacate the facility before 12am. Please note that city and state ordinances regarding events involving alcohol/restaurants/bars are always changing, we reserve the right to make any necessary changes to events in order to comply with these ordinances. To reschedule an event, please contact us 24 hours in advance.
